Regarding accounting

For billing, name and address details are entered in our accounting program “Informer”. Copies of your bills can of course also be found here. Client data, as well as financial administration, may not be deleted by the tax authorities and must be kept for 7 years.

With regard to security and continuity of your data (back up)

Your data will be kept by us for at least 7 years after the last contact with you.

To ensure that no (personal) data can be lost, a backup of our entire administration is made several days a week (with the exception of the Outlook e-mail program). This backup is placed on its own server, which is located outside the buildings of the operational management, in a secure room with alarm response.

Access and deletion of the above data

A client can inspect his own data on request and by appointment.
We will also make all your data available to third parties designated by you at your written request.

All your data may be deleted upon explicit and only written request with the exception of those data provided by the government as evidence can be queried.
